The Story of our Honey Whisky

Honey Whisky is where Beeble’s journey began in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside, where one hive of honey bees teamed up with one innovative beekeeper to create our first batch of Honey Whisky.

Our bees now work closely with Strathearn Distillery, creating an award winning blend of Honey Whisky. Strathearn hand-pick their barley and delicately combine it with yeast to catalyse the fermentation process. After three years of maturing in barrels, a delicious scotch is finally created. The scotch is then expertly blended using honey from our Wiltshire hives to form a smooth, rich, honey-infused liqueur with the perfect touch of natural sweetness.

The result is a taste sensation.  

Best serve

Beeble Hot Toddy:

- 50ml Beeble Honey Whisky

- 150ml Boiling Water

- 20ml Lemon Juice

- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

- 1 cinnamon stick

- 2 cloves

Add all the ingredients to a heat proof glass, stir and enjoy
