Less than one month ago was my first day walking through the door of Beeble's office, a recent graduate student with very little work experience. And who would have thought that I would be able to learn so much during these four weeks?
To be honest, the first day I met my team, I didn't really know what to expect from this job, what my duties would be, or what the team expected from me during my four weeks of internship. And if that wasn’t already disconcerting, it had to be taken into account that English is not my native language. I was excited and scared at the same time, but after four weeks working with the team, I have realized that we are all capable of leaving our comfort zone, and above all, the Beeble team will always be there to help you!
One month sounds a bit short, doesn't it? Well, to be honest, I have learned a lot during these weeks. I have been lucky enough to understand how Beeble works, from the production department, to how to sell the product to the final consumer - all oriented towards a common goal: to make it possible for Beeble to reach everyone's hands.
Moreover, I could not finish without thanking all team members individually. Starting with Nicola, and for her passion to make from honey, an unbeatable business! Following by Matt, who has guided and helped me from day one, motivating me to overcome my fears and showing me that anything can be achieved, as long as you put in the effort and dedication! Hester, who has been able to make me feel at home, despite being in a country far away from mine! You can always count on her support, and she will always have her arms open to help you! Harry, the person behind all the creative jobs, who designs all the products and gives Beeble a unique identity. And, finally, Max, the one who works to get our product to the public, doing an exceptional job!
I will keep in touch with the whole Beeble team, and even though my internship has come to an end, I am very excited about all the inspiring projects they have ahead of them! And, of course, I already know what the best gift is to give any honey lover, a Beeble product!
